The quality chain and the traceability are complete, from the farm to the final customer. Every day, our own laboratory makes analyses at every step of the manufacturing process, from the milk collection truck to the final products.

Our cheese masters also make sure the Bons Mayennais cheeses comply with the specifications by organizing tasting : every week, the color, the texture, the flavor , the taste and the nutritional benefits are tested in order to guarantee the excellence for our consumer.

Our cheese dairy is IFS certified at the highest level since 2010. We are also certified by « Bureau Véritas Certification » to produce organic cheeses.
